Each month about the third Thursday night, we host a special prix fixe dinner celebrating one or another of those things that enrich our lives. In the past twelve months, we have celebrated Rieslings, tapas and Spanish wines, the food and wine of Oregon, the wines of Rappahannock Cellars, Dogfish Head beers, garlic, the food and wine of Italy’s Piedmont, the wines of Linden vineyards, the bounty of Mayfair Farm, fusion foods of the Caribbean, the beers of Tröegs brewery, the food and wine of Burgundy, daring foods, and the wonderful lamb from Virginia Lamb. The currently scheduled events are listed below.

Annual Demo at

Blandy Farm

Chef Ed will be back at Blandy Farm during Arborfest for something like the fifth year in a row at 2:30pm on the 12^th of October demonstrating all kinds of good things you can do with herbs and local produce. Each year the crowd gets larger, so come early to get a good seat (and help set up!).
